The Phoenix Business Journal developed an educational seminar series specifically for small to mid-size businesses.  The series addressed topics unique to small business owners and their management teams.  We identified that we wanted to conduct a session on strategic planning and we had several people recommend Les.  Most small business owners struggle with simply keeping their business going and making payroll.  Les helped them recognize the absolute necessity of having a strategic plan for their over all business all the way down to having customized plans for individual employees.  He has an incredible way of sharing his content in an enthusiastic manner without being over the top.  Engaging an audience is the primary key for success in an educational seminar.  Les’ presentation style generated participation from every attendee.  When surveyed, each participant identified a “take away” they gained that day that they could go back and immediately implement in their business.  Several attendees came up to me personally after the event to tell me how impressed and pleased they were with Les’ program.  Based on all of this great feedback we want to have Les present at another Phoenix Business Journal event.  He is definitely “top shelf.”
