Two levels:
1. Passion, power and vison are essential and even work with autocratic management styles.
2. Creating alignment through participation, buy-in, encouragement (e.g. stakeholders) and development are effective in going from “good to great”

That is a challenge. I’d say if they’ve been on your Master List for that long – they really aren’t a priority. Consider purging your Master List.

I use the Franklin Covey organizer to keep my Master List and daily action items. It’s not a digital solution but it works for me. A digital solution might be “Evernote.”

Thank you! Do you have a good suggestion on where to keep the “master to do list” and daily ones. I’m constantly starting a list but they are not in the same place. Thanks so much. I know that is a very BASIC question.
